Thanks to the generosity, energy, and enthusiasm of our community, this year’s Trivia Night raised $72,935.82 to support families in need. We’re so grateful to everyone who showed up, got involved, and helped make the evening such a success.
From the moment doors opened, the room was buzzing. The silent auction quickly turned competitive, with some spirited bidding wars setting the tone early. That excitement carried right through to the live auction, where the generosity in the room was undeniable. Our raffle was another highlight of the night, and while not everyone could take home a prize, we hope the lucky winners enjoy what they received—each item generously donated by members and businesses within the GBB community. We encourage you to support them and share the love.
Beyond the fundraising, what truly made the night special was the sense of community. Whether you gathered a table of friends, brought great energy to the competition, or contributed prizes and support behind the scenes, every effort helped create a warm, vibrant, and meaningful evening.
A particularly powerful moment came when Liz, one of our mums, shared her story. Speaking with honesty and vulnerability, she gave us a glimpse into her journey and the impact of the Girls & Boys Brigade in her life. It was a moving reminder of why this work matters—and why nights like this are so important.
Because of you, we can continue to walk alongside children and families who need it most. Thank you for showing up, giving generously, and being part of something truly meaningful.
